Led the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of complex regulatory, financial, and technical projects and changes across the bank, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and business teams, to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget, and quality requirements.
- Applied Agile methodology (daily scrums, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban swimlanes, and Lean methodologies) for planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and the execution of sprints; to enhance transparency and collabortation; successfully introducing Agile practices to business teams unfamilier with the approach.

Managed all IT systems, including Windows Servers, Ubuntu Linux boxes, networks and firewalls, using Agile methodologies.
